Two Pearls in a Pod

A wonderful new addition to my pea pod collection! It was a challenge designing the "pod" for the peas, but after many trials and errors, I am excited to present to you this sweet two peas in a pod pendant.
I made the pod with solid sterling silver and two beautiful white freshwater pearls. The pearls have been securely fastened to the pod to prevent them from falling out. I also thought it would be fun to add a little bit of whimsy by creating a small curl at the top of the peapod.
The pendant itself measures just over 3/4 inches (about 22mm), and hangs from a 16 inch chain. The sterling silver clasp was also handmade by me. I finished it off by adding a small white freshwater pearl to the end of the chain.
