Return Policy
- If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, or store credit.
Guidelines:
- All jewelry must be returned securely and unworn with it's original packaging and invoice.
- Please notify us before returning any purchases.
- Sender is responsible for shipping fees.
- NO COD's.
- Please insure returned jewelry as Perfections cannot be responsible for lost item(s).
- Once received, jewelry will be inspected against any damage.
- After inspection, You will be notified of your refund status.
***There are no returns on custom orders***
Jewelry Warranty
- All Jewelry Is Guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase against any defects and will be repaired free (minus shipping). This does not apply to lost gemstones/beads, damage or loss of jewelry.
- Any and other repairs will be subject to a small fee. For further information please contact us.
Shipping
- All orders will be processed and sent within 10-14 business days. Shipping starts at $1.75 domestic and $2.50 international.
- You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped.
- All shipments will be sent First Class Mail via, United States Parcel Service. Domestic(US) delivery usually averages 2 to 5 days. International delivery times vary, depending on the destinations. For U.S orders only, if you do not receive your purchase within 16-19 days please contact us.

Sales Tax
- Perfections Handmade Jewelry is a Florida based business and will apply a 7.00% sales tax to all orders originating from Florida.
